Andrea De Marchi
Biography
My name is De Marchi Andrea, known artistically as André, born in Isola della Scala (Verona) in 1965. From a young age, I have nurtured a visceral passion for art in all its forms, with a particular love for painting. As a self-taught artist, I have always explored and experimented with different techniques and styles, in search of a visual language that could fully represent me.
For many years, I worked in the ecology sector at a waste disposal company. This experience gave me the opportunity to explore a new creative dimension: transforming recovered materials and objects found in flea markets into works of art. I learned to give new life to what seemed to have lost it, making reuse an integral part of my artistic expression.

In recent years, I have approached Pop Art, reinterpreting it in my own way. My works combine high-definition prints with colors and applications, creating compositions that tell stories.
In 2023, I had the honor of participating in the Venice Biennale, a milestone that profoundly marked my artistic and personal journey.
Today, retired, what was once just a hobby has become the center of my life. I dedicate each day to artistic creation with enthusiasm and passion, exploring new horizons and continuously reinventing myself.
